Doug did an awesome job replacing my garage door. He was friendly professional and showed up on time. I am very happy with the door, service and price. He didn't try to replace anything that didn't need replacing which to me shows his honesty. (Another company had quoted door, tracks, rollers, etc and tried to convince me I needed an insulated door) My door had old metal rollers which made it noisy. He let me know the metal rollers would work but replacing them would reduce the noise. He didn't pressure me, just offered.
